What kind of wrench is suitable for 3000Nm bolt preload force?

Recently, a customer inquired torque wrenches for bolt strength 12.9 grade, and preload force is about 3000Nm, it is difficult to achieve the expected effect by relying on human power plus a long force casing disassembly preload, so they want to consult to buy a more suitable preload torque wrench and asked us which one is more suitable.

Generally, in our construction site, if the torque is below 800Nm, manual torque wrench is generally used. When the torque exceeds 800Nm, we will use electric torque wrench or hydraulic wrench, and when the torque exceeds about 3000Nm, we basically use hydraulic wrench to preload disassembly.

The pre-tightening force of 3000Nm belongs to a larger torque range, and considering that the customer also needs to dismantle the bolts of this model at the site, the torque needs to be almost 5000Nm, so the hydraulic torque wrench is obviously a more suitable tool for this torque range.

The high precision of hydraulic torque wrench can control the preload force more accurately; the internal structure is relatively simple, which can keep the torque stable and reduce the error and bad consequences; the hydraulic torque wrench has fewer parts, which is also relatively easy to maintain, and it is easier and less laborious to use.
